Jay Shah The Secretary Of BCCI Speaks About India’s Visit To Pakistan For Champion Trophy 2015 In Pakistan.

Jay Shah The Secretary Of The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has finally spoken about India playing the Champions Trophy in Pakistan. And is there any hope that India will visit its neighbouring country Pakistan for the Champions Trophy Tournament 2025.

From February to March Champion Trophy is scheduled in Pakistan. And the Indian cricket team is waiting for the approval from the government of India to visit Pakistan.

While talking to a news outlet recently, Jay Shah was asked about whether India will visit Pakistan for the Champions Trophy or not.

He said that BCCI has not taken any decision related to this yet and will take whatever decision is possible considering the situation.

“No stand as of now. We will cross the bridge when it comes,” Jay Shah said

According to the Indian media, India will not visit Pakistan for the Champions Trophy and India is trying to select a neutral venue for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 and will go to Sri Lanka or Dubai for their matches.

It is also important to know that India’s last visit to Pakistan was in 2008 and India recently refused to play in Pakistan in ACC Asia Cup 2023. And instead of Pakistan,  India played its matches in Sri Lanka as a neutral venue. Sri Lanka was hosting the event.
